Studio team education
Give your team space to ask better questions, practise their coaching, and understand the decisions behind a class. Explore in-person or virtual reformer education with Jonathan N. of Exercise Strength Core.

Studio owners often need more than another exercise list. Instructors need to explain a setup clearly, understand the intention of a movement, offer appropriate options, and make a class sequence feel considered. ESC training brings those conversations into a shared learning session with Jonathan.
Bring foundational questions about setup, movement and communication. Explain your team’s starting point so the training can be discussed at the right level.
Use the session to revisit familiar movements, compare coaching approaches, and work through the questions that keep coming up in classes.
Share the teaching habits you want to develop across your team. Discuss the equipment, class format and practical constraints that shape your studio.
Bring questions about why an exercise is included, how to communicate its setup, and what you want participants to understand. Practising the explanation matters as much as recognising the exercise name.
Look at how movement blocks connect across a class. Our beginner reformer class plan shows one example: core, legs, obliques and upper body, with both sides and a finisher accounted for.
These are topics to discuss when planning your session, rather than a fixed curriculum promised for every booking. The scope should match your instructors’ experience and the equipment they teach on.
Bring the conversation onto your studio floor. Include your location, machine models, number of instructors and preferred dates in the inquiry. Confirm travel arrangements, time and costs before booking.
Connect with Jonathan remotely. Discuss the movements or teaching questions you want to cover, your team’s time zone and how you will show your equipment and movement clearly during the session.
See training information and service details for existing resource and rate-sheet links. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or start a subscription.
Practical studio coaching and formal certification solve different needs. If you need a specific branded credential, recognised assessment or continuing-education credits, confirm those requirements directly with the relevant provider. Jonathan’s own training background is not a claim that ESC issues another organisation’s credential.
Our reformer teacher-training comparison explains how ESC studio coaching differs from structured certification pathways. You can also read Jonathan’s background and explore existing training feedback.
